• Choose the size of the article according to your babies measurements not their age.
• Once your order is being proceed it can be changed or refunded in 1 day after placing order.
• In case of any damage to the product from our side we do provide exchange policy within 2 days of receiving the parcel.
• After receiving the product no return policy as we make on order.
• For hand painted products dry clean them only.

REFUND POLICY:

• Sale items cannot be refunded.
• If the product is different from the product in the image on the site only then it can be refund within 2 days
• Items must be tagged and in original condition.
• Items must not be damaged or show any sign of wear.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers will have to bear the shipping costs for returning articles. However , except the below circumstances:
• If the item was defected when received by the customer.
• If the wrong item was delivered
• If promotional free shipping is being offered.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

• Sale items cannot be exchanged.
• Products can be exchanged within 2 days of purchase with their original purchase details and tags..
• Customers are requested to ship the articles to be exchanged within 2 days of receiving them. No requests will be entertained after that time.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers will have to bear the shipping costs for returning and getting the new articles at their own expense.
